The branches have been added to the candlesticks and are fitted with a metal socket that follows the shape of the inside of the vase (missing on our models). Liege, 18th century. On one, hallmarks of the city of Liège, Charles d'Oultremont, silversmith Jean Melchior Dartois and annal letter A (1764). On the second, hallmarks of the city of Liège, Charles d'Oultremont, silversmith illegible and annal letter B (1765). Similar model reproduced on p. 182 in the catalogue of the exhibition "L'orfèvrerie civile ancienne du pays de Liège" at the Musée de l'Art Wallon in 1991. Weight : 1748 gr. Torch height: 24 cm
