Cast-iron mantelpiece. A crowned coat of arms supported by two lions and flanked below by a Burgundian tinderbox and a mallet. On either side of the crown, two figures are depicted in bust form; they may be Pizarro and the Inca king Atahulpa, thus commemorating the conquest of Peru.
