Le plus offrant \u2014 dernier ench\u00e9risseur \u2014 sera l\u2019adjudicataire. Il aura l\u2019obligation de payer le prix d\u2019adjudication du lot au comptant major\u00e9 de 25% pour frais et TVA plus 1,50 \u20ac par lot pour frais d\u2019administration (frais suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les ventes en Live et online). Les ventes sont soumises au r\u00e9gime particulier de la marge, TVA non d\u00e9ductible. La demande de facturation doit se faire au plus tard avant le cinqui\u00e8me jour de la semaine suivant la vente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #18191b;\">2. Each bidder is deemed to be acting on his own behalf and in his own name and is personally liable for the payment of the lots awarded to him in whatever capacity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #18191b;\">3. The information contained in catalogues, announcements, advertisements or any other written material from the H\u00f4tel des ventes Legros must be considered as mere indications which do not in any way engage its responsibility. Buyers must ensure, at the time of the preliminary exhibition, the condition and nature of the objects presented at the auction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #18191b;\">4. As soon as a lot is awarded to a buyer, the risks pass to him and he is obliged to pay the price before it is collected. Payment shall be made in cash in euros, up to a maximum of \u20ac 3,000, by Bancontact card, credit card (only in the auction room, no remote payment). Lots cannot be collected during the sale. Buyers are required to pay for and take possession of the lots they have been awarded within 5 working days of the auction. The greatest care is taken with the auctioned items, but after the auction neither Legros Auction House nor any of its employees will be responsible for loss or damage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\"><span style=\"color: #18191b;\">5.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">In accordance with legislation on protected species, a CITES document will be requested for any item for sale containing ivory. After the auction, the item may not be delivered until H\u00f4tel des ventes Legros is in possession of this certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;6. It is the buyer's responsibility to apply for an export licence. An auction cannot be cancelled for this reason or for the refusal of an export licence<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. In the event of a dispute or error at the auction, the lot will be re-sold. The bailiff in charge of the auction will be the sole judge of any dispute that may arise during the sale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. Buyers who so wish may place purchase orders or take part in the auction by telephone. In this case, the purchaser must request this by e-mail or fax and provide all information concerning him\/her to H\u00f4tel des ventes Legros, which reserves the right to request his\/her bank details. The H\u00f4tel des ventes Legros may not be held responsible for errors made by the buyer in indicating the number of the lot he\/she wishes to purchase or the telephone number to call, nor for any telephone line problems. In the case of equal bids, the bidder in the auction room always has priority over any other bidder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -24px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 9. <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Sur demande, la salle de vente peut se charger d'exp\u00e9dier des lots de petit format par la poste. Pour les lots plus fragiles (sous vitre) et\/ou de grande taille, la salle de vente fournira des coordonn\u00e9es de transporteurs. Les envois se font sous l'enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 des clients.
